Early in his career, Melvin honed his expertise through pivotal roles at Sunway Malls, TGV Cinemas, and Country Heights Holdings. Each experience shaped his understanding of people, leadership, and culture—and along the way, he discovered his true purpose: to inspire growth, spark change, and empower others through meaningful learning and development.

A certified professional coach, IAC Masteries Practitioner, and NLP practitioner, Melvin continues to learn and apply new ways to develop people. Known for his empathy and ability to connect with others, Melvin has designed leadership programs and strengthened talent strategies across organizations.
