Melvin Chong’s journey started with a strong belief that when people grow, businesses grow too. With more than 16 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, he has spent his career helping people discover their strengths and helping companies become better from within.

Early in his career, Melvin honed his expertise through pivotal roles at Sunway Malls, TGV Cinemas, and Country Heights Holdings. Each experience shaped his understanding of people, leadership, and culture—and along the way, he discovered his true purpose: to inspire growth, spark change, and empower others through meaningful learning and development.

A certified professional coach, IAC Masteries Practitioner, and NLP practitioner, Melvin continues to learn and apply new ways to develop people. Known for his empathy and ability to connect with others, Melvin has designed leadership programs and strengthened talent strategies across organizations. Today, as the founder of Envolve Alliance, he remains committed to growing people and building stronger workplaces.
